There are two different portals. "Patient Portal" is your patient portal to manage your care. "Alma Portal" is for United Healthcare & Aetna billing.

Login
If you are a new patient, you will need to sign up and create an account. If you are an existing patient, you can login with your created credentials.

View
View and review your personal information, appointment schedule, and pertinent clinical information.
