  • Do you offer free consultations?
    Yes! I offer a free 10-15 minute initial consultation, which can be scheduled by phone or email. The purpose of this meeting is for you to determine if I feel like a good fit for you, and to determine if we can meet your therapy needs.
  • Do you accept insurance or cash pay?
    Yes to both! Please see the insurance tab for a list of carriers, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
  • In what format do you offer sessions?
    I offer telehealth sessions. I utilize HIPPA compliant TherapyPortal.com or Zoom for telehealth meetings. I send you a text or email link and you can easily join from your video-capable device without needing to download an app.
  • What approaches do you use in your treatment?
    I describe my approach as an integration of Humanistic, Cognitive and Somatic techniques. Some of my cognitive approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy tools. I also work with clients to address somatic arousal in order to heal the nervous system. These approaches work very well together.
  • What is PSYPACT?
    PSYPACT stands for the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact. It’s an agreement among participating U.S. states that allows licensed psychologists to provide services across state lines without needing to get a separate license in every state. It’s especially useful for: Clients who move or travel often. Psychologists near state borders. Expanding access to care in areas with few providers. PSYPACT includes 40 participating U.S. states.
